Aroma360 is a boutique Scent Marketing and Branding company that specializes in providing the highest-quality essential oil-based scenting solutions to businesses and individuals all around the world. As the only full-service scent company, Aroma360 guides clients from concept and development to strategic implementation while priding themselves on exceptional customer service every step of the way. Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!

Aroma360 is seeking a detail-oriented Label Design & Production Specialist to support our growing Private Label division. This role combines graphic design, print production, and project coordination to bring our clients' brands to life across luxury home fragrance products, including candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, and other custom fragrance products.

This is not a traditional graphic design role focused on creating brands from scratch. Instead, you'll transform existing client logos and branding assets into polished, production-ready labels using established product templates while ensuring every file meets quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design experience, an understanding of print production, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Receive client logos, branding assets, and creative direction from the Private Label team and translate them into finished label designs.
  • Create digital mockups for client approval using existing product templates.
  • Recreate, clean up, and vectorize low-resolution logos and artwork supplied as PNG, JPG, or other raster formats.
  • Apply client branding, typography, colors, finishes, and design elements while maintaining both client expectations and Aroma360 quality standards.
  • Build customized labels for candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, and additional private label products.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork with proper bleed, trim, crop marks, safe zones, color separations, and print specifications.
  • Maintaining and operating physical label printers
  • Create files optimized for our in-house Mimaki printing equipment and external print vendors when necessary.
  • Print product samples for client approval and implement revisions throughout the approval process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production deadlines.
  • Track projects and production status within Jira.
  • Maintain organized file structures, version control, and archive completed artwork.
  • Collaborate closely with the Private Label, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to final production.
  • Assist with monitoring label inventory levels and coordinate label reorders with approved vendors when needed.
  • Help maintain consistency across hundreds of product SKUs and private label programs.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Manager

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting print production, packaging, labels, or other consumer products.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print or production.
  • Experience creating and editing vector artwork.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Understanding of print production and pre-press requirements, including:
    • CMYK and spot color workflows
    • Bleed, trim, crop marks, and safe zones
    • Print-ready file preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
