Mission

Own the press. From make-ready to final pallet, you’ll set up, operate, and thoroughly clean flexographic printing and converting equipment to sustain impeccable quality, safety, and reliability.

Schedule & pay

2nd shift: Wednesday–Friday, 12-hour shifts (4:20 pm–4:40 am). Work 36 hours, get paid for 40. A $1.00 shift differential applies. Additional days/hours may be scheduled to meet customer needs.

How you’ll contribute

• Execute daily press plan and adhere to ISO SOPs.
• Complete accurate job paperwork and traceability records.
• Hit color/registration targets within tolerance; match colors confidently.
• Pre-stage materials, tooling, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Drive waste reduction and deliver output that meets customer specifications.
• Manage inks, including pH and viscosity adjustments, for optimal print results.
• Neatly stack finished rolls/sheets; clearly tag conforming vs. nonconforming product.
• Plan and execute efficient set-ups and changeovers.
• Deep-clean: remove ink from doctor roll/anilox shafts; prevent anilox cell plugging; clean press and surrounding area.
• Keep base rolls free of tape/debris; clean gears as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance; alert supervision to any product or process issues.
• Collaborate respectfully with support teams; drive quality and process improvements.
• Assist other departments when needed; provide thorough shift handoffs.

What it takes

• Stand for long stretches and lift 50+ lbs. without restriction.
• Read, understand, and speak English; interpret job tickets accurately.
• Comfortable operating machinery; recognize and handle various tooling.
• Organized, deadline-driven communicator with a keen eye for quality.
• Troubleshoot effectively; team-oriented and safety minded.
• Forklift trained.

Background

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• At least 3 years of flexographic press experience.
