2nd Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

About the role

As a Flexo Production Technician, you’ll set up, run, and maintain flexographic converting equipment to manufacture specialty labels and packaging materials with outstanding quality and efficiency.

Experience with flexo presses, converting equipment, laminators, or similar machinery is a strong plus—bring your skill set and grow with us.

What you’ll do

• Configure and operate flexographic converting presses for label and packaging jobs
• Prepare materials, inks, and tooling in line with job requirements
• Continuously monitor performance; fine-tune for quality and throughput
• Perform visual and dimensional checks to meet specifications
• Read and execute work orders, job tickets, and production instructions
• Troubleshoot light mechanical issues; conduct basic maintenance
• Complete accurate production and downtime logs
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work cell

What you bring

• Manufacturing experience (required)
• Flexographic, converting, printing, or laminating machine experience (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; able to stand for the full shift
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
