Description

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Label Quality Associate for a prominent client of ours.  This position is in North Chicago, IL 60064 Details for the position are as follows:

Clinical Label Quality Associate

 Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday after training) 

 Pay: $31–34/hr

Top Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Science, Engineering, English, Business or related preferred)
    • Bachelor's + 1 year experience, Master's + internship, or High School + 4 years relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Data entry, document review, or quality review experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Preferred Experience

  • GMP or other regulated industry experience (pharma, biotech, medical device, food, etc.)
  • Quality review/QA experience
  • Experience proofreading or reviewing controlled documents
  • Label creation or labeling experience is a plus but not required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Transfer clinical labels into a new labeling system
  • Create and edit clinical labels based on source documentation
  • Proofread labels for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate label approvals and documentation
  • Work closely with label designers, project managers, and global stakeholders
  • Eventually manage assigned studies and labels independently
