Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess current LaBlast® Instructor Certification
• Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions
• Builds rapport, inspires and relates well to others
• Pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Clear a Level 2 background check*

Pay & Perks:Part-time, $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Free individual YMCA membership for employee and discount for household family members.
