Benchtop support Lead
Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities
Must Have:
1. Lead the benchtop support team responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading the Lab instruments.
2. Serves as the primary point of contact for benchtop-related requests and provide timely details to customer.
3. Train and mentor support technician, manages schedules and ensure appropriate coverage.
4. Collaborate with Business and lab users to understand needs and recommend solutions or improvements.
5. Experience in handling the Pharma LAB devices and instrument.
6. GxP/GMP Lab System Validation
7. Hands on experience in executing the GxP/GMP SOPs on LAB PCs.
8. Strong Windows Desktop Support Experience.
9. Exposure of Medical instruments connections to desktops.
10. Understanding of GxP, GMP process
11. Desktop Hardware and troubleshooting at L2 + (Window 10, 11)
12. Exposure on pharma equipment like Taimo, Thermo Omnic FTIR, Quant studio, ChemStation.
13. Good exposure and understanding of IT infra like Antivirus, AD, Asset Management, Windows Patching.
Good To Have:
Support Experience of Lace Box, Empower Systems
Understanding of various medical instruments in Labs like Plate Reader, Spectrometers, Calibrator
For Waters, Agilent etc
Past IT experience with vendor like Perkin Elmers in similar capacity will work
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
