Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - Fairfield County, CT - Permanent, Direct Hire

• Offering a $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Full-time night shift Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery Unit.
• As part of a well-established team of patient-focused professionals, you will coordinate patient care, provide supervision and mentorship to non-RN team members.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver patient care following established standards of practice.
• Supervise non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staff.
• Provide safe and therapeutic care using hospital values.
• Assess patient's physical and psychosocial condition, develop and communicate patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid Connecticut Registered Nurse license.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
