    Job Summary

    Surgical Technologist

    $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible

    Center for Women and Newborns | Boston, MA Full-Time | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to support our surgical and obstetrical teams in delivering outstanding care to patients and families in our Center for Women and Newborns.

    As a valued member of our perioperative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical procedures while working alongside highly skilled physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, instruments, and equipment.
    Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams throughout surgical and obstetrical procedures.
    Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning properly.
    Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all infection prevention standards.
    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
    Support efficient operating room and procedural workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


     

    Qualifications


    CST Certification required
    2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred
    Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
    Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
    Strong communication and teamwork skills
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


    Education
    High School Diploma or equivalent required
    Certifications
    BLS preferred
    CST – NBSTSA required
