    Job OverviewA law firm seeks a midlevel to senior associate attorney with four to seven years of employment law experience to join its Labor and Employment practice group in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for building a practice and creatively working with clients to find solutions.Duties Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.Lead on matters and supervise junior associates.Draft summary judgment motions and other dispositive briefing.Prepare motions to compel arbitration and discovery requests.Oppose motions for class certification and gather declarations.Draft long-form settlement agreements in wage and hour class actions.Advise clients on employment law compliance, policies, and handbooks.Conduct labor due diligence on M&A deals.Requirements Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.Experience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions.Federal clerkship experience preferred.Experience in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits.Experience handling wage and hour matters and client counseling.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington.Skills Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with clients.Benefits Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.401(k) plan.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Personal medical and parental leave.Up to ten paid holidays.Family care benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
