The role will involve both litigation and advisory work. Candidates will advise clients on compliance with employment laws, draft related documents, and represent clients in both administrative proceedings and litigation.ResponsibilitiesAdvising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsDrafting and reviewing employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and proceduresRepresenting clients in administrative hearings and investigationsHandling employment litigation, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and wrongful terminationAdvising on labor relations and conducting workplace investigationsProviding proactive legal advice and keeping clients informed of changes in employment lawLeading client training on key employment topics (e.g., compliance, harassment prevention)Candidates with slightly less experience will be considered based on qualifications.Ideal Candidate ProfileDeep understanding of employment laws and regulatory complianceExcellent legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a client‑service mindsetA portable book of business or interest in business development is a plusJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
