Job Details

We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join the Chicago office.

Responsibilities:
Handle employment-related litigation in state and federal courts
Represent employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and support trial preparation
Advise clients on employment policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
Assist with drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and separation agreements
Represent clients before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, NLRB)

Qualifications:
3–7 years of labor & employment experience
Strong background in employment litigation (class/collective action experience is a plus)
Experience with employment counseling is highly preferred
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a team environment
Licensed and in good standing in Illinois
