Labor and Employment Attorney

• 3+ years of experience in wage & hour, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, class action, and or other employment matters.

• Litigation in all phases of the firm's labor and employment practice, including law and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, pretrial preparation, witness and exhibit preparation, trial and appeals.

• Researching and advising clients on personnel and employment-related issues.

• Experience with taking and defending depositions.

• Exceptional writing skills and strong academic background.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

• Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgment and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Must be licensed to practice in CA.
