Schedule
Guaranteed 36-hour workweek
7:00am - 7:00pm
Three 12-hour shifts per week (or as assigned by the facility)
Labor & Delivery with Medical-Surgical float responsibilities based on patient census
What You Will Do
Care for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor.
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
Perform newborn assessments and stabilization.
Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.
Float to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a community-focused hospital.
Qualifications Required
Active RN License
BLS
ACLS
NRP Certification
Labor & Delivery experience
Preferred
Critical Access Hospital experience
Medical-Surgical experience
Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting
