Labor & Employment Attorney (3+ Years)

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with at least three years of experience to join its employment practice.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of labor and employment matters, including representing employers in employment‑related disputes and providing ongoing counseling on compliance and workplace risk management. This role offers meaningful responsibility and a balanced mix of litigation and advisory work in a collaborative, high‑caliber environment.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of labor and employment experience
* Experience defending employers in employment litigation before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts
* Hands‑on experience managing cases through pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
* Experience advising employers on workplace policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements
* Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to manage matters independently while contributing effectively as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary range: $170,000-$240,000, depending on experience
