About the Role
This position focuses on representing employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination, wage and hour, and compliance counseling. The associate will provide practical, solutions-oriented guidance to employers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Defend employers in federal and state employment litigation.
Advise on compliance with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state equivalents.
Draft and negotiate employment, separation, and confidentiality agreements.
Conduct internal investigations and provide training on workplace policies.
Support M&A due diligence on employment and labor matters.
Qualifications & Skills
JD and active bar membership.
3–7 years of labor and employment law experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
Experience counseling HR teams and corporate leadership preferred.
