What You Will Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour cases.
• Take ownership of discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and conducting depositions.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic counsel on a wide range of employment issues, including drafting policies and employee handbooks.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare for hearings, and represent clients in court and before administrative agencies like the EEOC.
• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Contribute to a busy and growing practice group with a steady stream of sophisticated work.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong litigation background.
• Admission to the Colorado bar is required.
• Proven experience in drafting pleadings and motions, as well as managing litigation processes.
• Ability to provide strategic advice to clients on employment-related issues and compliance matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Preferred

• Experience working with a diverse client base across various industries.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Prior experience in a busy law firm environment, handling multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits
