The firm invites candidates to join its award‑winning collaborative practice group, handling varied, interesting, and meaningful clients and cases.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related contracts and policies.Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters.Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients.Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality legal services.Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws.EligibilityCandidate must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina and/or be open to relocating to the area so that they can work from the firm's Raleigh office three days per week.
