Labor & Employment Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Labor & Employment Associate with 4+ years of experience focused on wage and hour and class action litigation for its Seattle office. This role offers the opportunity to join a consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group in a collaborative environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $305,000 – $370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Admission to the Washington Bar or ability to waive in required
- 4+ years of labor and employment experience with a substantial focus on wage and hour and/or class action litigation
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
- Ability to manage routine and complex matters with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Hybrid schedule required — fully remote candidates will not be considered
