Labor & Employment Attorney (entry-level-4 years)

A Reputable Law Firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join its Salt Lake City office.Position Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 0-4 years of traditional labor and employment experience, be strong writers, and possess excellent research and analytical skills. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background, have compelling law school experience (e.g., law review, law journal, etc.) and/or have judicial clerkship experience. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.We expect associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
