Job DetailsRepresenting government contractors and commercial businesses in employment matters spanning day-to-day counseling through litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Handle federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters
- Counsel clients on employee hires, terminations, disciplinary actions, and payroll obligations
- Advise clients on workplace disputes and contract enforcement
- Represent clients in state, federal, and appellate court proceedings
- Advocate for clients before the EEOC, Department of Labor, OFCCP, NLRB, and other administrative bodies
Looking for:
- DC Bar admission
- 5+ years labor and employment experience
- Prior law firm experience
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
- Government contractor representation
- Equal employment counseling and litigation
- Management-side labor
- Wage and hour
- Restrictive covenants
- Executive compensation
