Location:
Lake Success, New York. This is a full-time, on-site position offering close collaboration with experienced attorneys and a team-oriented office environment.
Note:
Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar and have at least 1 year of experience handling either labor & employment litigation or commercial litigation.

Job Description
- Represent employers in labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
- Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and hearings.
- Manage discovery, including document review and witness preparation.
- Counsel clients on employment law issues and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on complex litigation matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Active New York Bar license.
- 1+ year of labor & employment litigation or commercial litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions and managing litigation matters.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
