Job Title: Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 / year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities & Practice Areas:

• Manage litigation cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, compensation disputes, and wrongful termination.

• Provide strategic counsel and advisory services to businesses on ongoing employment matters.

• Support or lead aspects of class action litigation (a strong plus).

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment law (defense or plaintiff side).

• Litigation Background: Proven record handling core employment disputes; class action experience preferred.

• Admissions: Active license to practice law in California.
