• ADA

• Class & Collective Actions
• Title VII
• Title IX
• Employment Litigation
• Administrative Employment Matters
• Employment Counseling

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The firm is looking for a 4–7 year Labor & Employment Attorney with the experience and confidence to handle meaningful matters and work directly with clients.

Candidates should have:

• 4–7 years of Labor & Employment experience
• Experience handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and/or client counseling
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to take ownership of matters and work with increasing autonomy
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
