Labor & Employment Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego
Job Overview:
Lead employment litigation, handling discrimination, harassment, wage/hour class actions, EEOC/DFEH responses, depositions, trials/arbitrations, and advise on federal/state employment law.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years in employment litigation (open to more senior)
- Trial or arbitration experience
- Must have labour relations or employee relations experience. Someone who sits between litigation and investigations
- Deep knowledge of ADA/FEHA, FMLA/CFRA, leave policy, wage laws
- Client counselling and labour relations background
- Must include writing sample & transcripts
