Labor & Employment Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego

Job Overview:

Lead employment litigation, handling discrimination, harassment, wage/hour class actions, EEOC/DFEH responses, depositions, trials/arbitrations, and advise on federal/state employment law.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years in employment litigation (open to more senior)
  • Trial or arbitration experience
  • Must have labour relations or employee relations experience. Someone who sits between litigation and investigations
  • Deep knowledge of ADA/FEHA, FMLA/CFRA, leave policy, wage laws
  • Client counselling and labour relations background
  • Must include writing sample & transcripts
