Labor & Employment Litigation Associate – Seattle
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Litigation practice in Seattle.
The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000 – $305,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2–5 years of Labor & Employment Litigation experience
- Experience in class action and single-plaintiff litigation and administrative charge work, including position statements, mediations, discovery, depositions, motions, and arbitration/trial preparation
- Experience researching federal, state, and local employment laws
- Depending on experience, may include counseling HR professionals and business executives on employment law compliance and drafting employment agreements
- Excellent research and writing skills, interest in public speaking, and strong attention to detail required
- Strong academic credentials required
