What You Will Do

  • Advise clients on compliance with environmental workplace safety regulations and handle permitting processes.
  • Respond to challenges from the EPA, leveraging your expertise to protect client interests.
  • Utilize advanced technologies such as VincentAI, TrellisAI, and CoCounsel 2.0 to enhance case analysis and legal research.
  • Collaborate with a national network of professionals to identify cross-selling opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Build and grow your portable book of business, contributing to the firm's overall success.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 10+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on environmental regulations.
  • A portable book of business, ideally around $500K for Income Partners or $1M for Equity Partners.
  • Experience in either AmLaw or boutique law firms is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and client relationships.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with generative AI and its application in legal practices.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and strategic growth.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $200K to $350K, with equity options between 1% and more. The firm offers a competitive structure that rewards entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in labor and employment law.
