What You Will Do
Advise clients on compliance with environmental workplace safety regulations and handle permitting processes.
Respond to challenges from the EPA, leveraging your expertise to protect client interests.
Utilize advanced technologies such as VincentAI, TrellisAI, and CoCounsel 2.0 to enhance case analysis and legal research.
Collaborate with a national network of professionals to identify cross-selling opportunities and innovative solutions.
Build and grow your portable book of business, contributing to the firm's overall success.
Ideal Candidate Background
10+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on environmental regulations.
A portable book of business, ideally around $500K for Income Partners or $1M for Equity Partners.
Experience in either AmLaw or boutique law firms is preferred.
Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and client relationships.
Preferred
Familiarity with generative AI and its application in legal practices.
Experience in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and strategic growth.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from $200K to $350K, with equity options between 1% and more. The firm offers a competitive structure that rewards entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in labor and employment law.
