Labor & Employment Practice Attorney (Experienced) – Remote, Any U.S. Location
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced employment litigator for a flexible, off-track role in its Labor and Employment practice. This fully remote position offers a reduced-hours schedule, making it well suited for a seasoned attorney looking for a different rhythm of practice. The role centers on individual employment disputes, including bias, harassment, non-compete, and retaliation claims, along with broader wage-and-hour and class-based employment litigation.
The estimated salary range for this position is $240,000 – $295,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Minimum 8 years of employment litigation experience required
Experience with employment class actions and wage-and-hour collective actions
Experience in all or most of the following preferred: responding to demand letters, drafting position statements, handling discovery (including eDiscovery), researching and drafting motions and briefs, witness/deposition preparation, taking and/or defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for arguments, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
Experience advising and counseling on workplace law issues (wage and hour, ADA/workplace accommodations, employment and separation agreements, reductions in force, and employment policies) preferred
