Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of experience in labor and employment matters to join their team in Chicago.Responsibilities Work with traditional labor issues, including unions, collective bargaining, NLRB matters, labor arbitrations, and related matters. Confidently manage a broad range of traditional labor matters from day one.Provide employment-related counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation support for single‑plaintiff cases and collective/class actions. Handle matters involving hiring, separation, wage and hour issues, EEO compliance, non‑competition, trade secret matters, employment policies, agreements, handbook reviews, due diligence for corporate transactions, accommodations and leave issues, internal investigations, and other employment law concerns.Qualifications Significant traditional labor experience. Substantial experience with employment counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation. Must be admitted to practice in Illinois.#J-18808-Ljbffr
