Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is seeking dependable Production / Warehouse Laborers to support packaging line operations in a PVC resin production facility. This role involves general labor duties, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work rotating day and night shifts in a fast-paced industrial setting.Job Responsibilities· Stand and work on feet for extended periods throughout the shift· Perform general labor duties in a warehouse and production environment· Support packaging line operations as needed· Ensure pallets are available and properly staged for production lines· Sweep and clean PVC powder from spills or broken bags· Reprocess damaged or rejected bags by dumping materials into hoppers· Maintain cleanliness around packaging lines and throughout the warehouse· Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines· Perform bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting as required· Assist with additional production tasks as assignedRequirements· Ability to stand for long periods of time required· Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks· Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, reach, and lift as needed· Strong commitment to workplace safety· Dependable attendance and punctuality required· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment· Willingness to work rotating Dupont shift schedule· Ability to work both day and night shifts on a monthly rotation· Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethicAdditional Information· Full-time position (40+ hours per week with overtime as needed)· Rotating monthly shift schedule (day and night shifts)· Industrial production environment with PVC resin exposure· Strong emphasis on cleanliness and safety compliance· Opportunity for long-term employment and advancementImportant Note – Safety Sensitive Role
