We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Labor Law Attorney to join our legal team. This is a permanent position, ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Labor Law, specifically Labor Law 241, Section 240, and Section 241. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Premises Liability, Defense Litigation, Insurance Defense, Civil Defense, and General Liability. They will be adept at Litigation, Depositions, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and legal writing. A solid foundation in Legal Research, Employment Law, Legal Advice, and Dispute Resolution is also a must.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Labor Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients in all aspects of Labor Law 241, Section 240, and Section 241.
2. Handling a wide range of Premises Liability, Defense Litigation, Insurance Defense, Civil Defense, and General Liability cases.
3. Conducting and managing all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motion practice and depositions.
4. Providing expert legal advice and dispute resolution services.
5. Conducting rigorous legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
6. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
7. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client service skills.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Labor Law Attorney.
4. Proven experience with Labor Law 241, Section 240, Section 241, Premises Liability, Defense Litigation, Insurance Defense, Civil Defense, and General Liability.
5. Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and legal writing.
6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
7. Proficient in Employment Law, Legal Advice, and Dispute Resolution.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
