    We are looking for a PLANT LABORER/MAINTENANCE to join our Avondale, AZ location. As a Maintenance Mechanic with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will work as part of a team to keep equipment running through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

    About the Role 

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform mechanical maintenance, fabrication, assembly, welding, and cutting.
    • Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical equipment.
    • Conduct preventive inspections and document findings.
    • Maintain safe work areas and operate mobile equipment as needed.

    About You

    We Require:

    • Mechanical maintenance experience a plus
    • Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
    • Good organizational and math skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
