Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate for a distribution company in Pearland, TX. If you have experience with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations, we want to hear from you! This position is ideal for candidates who are dependable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties
  • Handle general warehouse tasks and inventory movement
  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading
  • Coordinate shipments using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and other freight services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics required
  • Experience with Bills of Lading
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, and other shipping platforms
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
