Job Description
We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers / General Laborers to support an active multifamily construction project in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a growing construction team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, be comfortable performing physical labor, and have the ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday.
This project is expected to last approximately 3 weeks, with the potential for additional work and future projects based on performance and project needs.
Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor and site support tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Remove construction debris, trash, and excess materials
Load, unload, and move materials around the site
Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
Help prepare and maintain work areas
Operate basic hand tools as needed
Follow all company and job site safety procedures
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs throughout the workday
Previous construction, general labor, demolition, or warehouse experience preferred
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work in an active construction environment, including outdoor conditions
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
