Education

Bachelor''s Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Required

Experience

3 years in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources in a unionized environment Required

General Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and grievance processes Preferred

Previous experience in healthcare or similarly complex, highly unionized environment Preferred

Licenses

Prof in Human Resources Preferred or
