Labor Relations Specialist - Temple Health - (263443)

Description

 The Labor Relations Specialist supports the delivery of labor relations services within a highly unionized healthcare system by assisting with collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance processing, arbitration preparation, and labor data tracking. This role works under the guidance of the Labor Relations Manager or Senior Labor Relations Manager.
The Labor Relations Specialist works closely with Employee Relations to support consistent, compliant handling of represented employee matters and serves as a key operational partner in labor management processes across multiple bargaining units and collective bargaining agreements


Education
Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Required

Experience
3 years in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources in a unionized environment Required
General Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and grievance processes Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or similarly complex, highly unionized environment Preferred

Licenses
Prof in Human Resources Preferred or
SHRM - CP Preferred
