Labor Trainer

We would like to request your support in sourcing candidates for a Labor Trainer position for C Shift at our Fremont facility. I have attached the job description for your reference.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Position: Labor Trainer
• Location:Fremont, CA
• Focus: Training and development of production employees (ILUO, quality, safety, and process training)
• Pay for role: $23/hour base + $1 graveyard shift premium = $24/hr.

Candidate Profile We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in automotive, production, or quality environment
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish/Vietnamese a plus)
• Experience with training, coaching, or mentoring employees
• Familiarity with production processes, quality standards, and 5S
• Comfortable working on the floor and supporting operations

Additional Notes:

• Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)
• Flexibility with schedule is important to support training needs across shifts
