The City of Savannah is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our water systems.
As the new Laboratory Analyst, you will perform laboratory analyses on wastewater and surface water samples, in accordance with state regulations and laboratory operating procedures.

Essential Job Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related sciences; with less than one year of experience as a laboratory technician in an environmental science field or wet chemical laboratory analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires Wastewater Laboratory Analyst Certification or must obtain certification within nine (9) months of employment.
A valid drivers license is required
