    • Support data collection activities and research projects in compliance with study protocols and SOPs.
    • Cross-train in laboratory procedures and assist with additional research activities as needed.

    Quality & Compliance

    • Follow GLP, ALCOA+, USDA, AAALAC, safety, and company quality standards.
    • Ensure accurate documentation, sample tracking, and inventory controls.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely communication and study support.

    Technical Laboratory Activities

    • Support pathology procedures including tissue handling, sample collection, tissue processing, and necropsy-related activities.
    • Assist with specialized sample preparation and processing techniques while receiving ongoing training and development.

    • Additional coursework or training in biology, laboratory sciences, inventory management, or related fields is an asset.
    • 1+ year of experience in inventory control, laboratory support, research operations, manufacturing, healthcare, warehouse coordination, or a related environment.
    • Experience managing supplies, stock rooms, laboratory inventories, or sample tracking systems is highly desirable.

    Skills & Qualifications
