Shift Day Job Schedule Part time Weekly Hours 15.00 Salary Range $16.00 - $25.50 Department Details This phlebotomy position begins at 5am and is Monday - Friday. No nights, weekends, or observed holidays. Primary duties involve blood collections at Fargo - Moorhead area skilled nursing facilities.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. Once training has been completed and skills approved, the employee will travel independently to complete assigned blood draws.
Job Summary Responsibilities include: • Phlebotomy: collecting, preparing, and processing specimens • Biological specimens preparation • Assisting in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks • Preparing laboratory specimens and supplies • May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment
Qualifications High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred. Completion of a formal phlebotomy program Phlebotomy experience and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
