Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience within a specialized field
- Certification in Phlebotomy is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Knowledge of latest lab equipment and machinery
- Additional certifications related to laboratory procedures
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in a relevant discipline is preferred
- Prior experience in clinical or research laboratories
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards
Other Requirements
- No local candidates within 50 miles
- Work schedule from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM; schedule may vary
- 13-week assignments with potential for extension
- Must hold valid Phlebotomy certification
- Willingness to work at night shift and in a fast-paced environment
- Travel or reimbursements are not typically required for this role
