Key Responsibilities
Perform basic and complex laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy and specimen processing.
Conduct quality control, quality assurance, and testing as per CLIA classifications.
If assigned to the Transfusion Service, manage blood inventory and prepare blood products.
Adhere to all regulations, codes, and policies to ensure patient privacy and safety in testing.
Assignments and duties align with the type of CLS license.
