Weekend REQ: No Certs REQ: ASCP-CT required. Is on-call REQ? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F. Locals accepted: Yes- no radius. Active ASCP-CT required for this role. RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Special Requirements: Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements. Outpatient Lab experience required. Required Non-Gynecological Skills/Experience: Ascitic Fluid, Esophageal, Gastric, Spinal, Thin-Prep. Required Respiratory Tract Skills/Experience: Bronchial. Required Body Fluid Test Skills/Experience: Urine. Required Fine Needle Aspiration Skills/Experience: Assist, Make smears, Preliminary Diagnosis, Staining. Required Special Stains/Organisms Skills/Experience: PAP. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Assist with On-site procedures, Quality control/quality assurance, Specimen labeling/identification. Experience with/ability to perform QC required. Cyto lab Prep experience required.
