Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Biology, or Chemistry (Master's degree preferred)
• National Medical Technologist certification and Tennessee license (if applicable or eligible)
• Several years of progressive experience in laboratory management
• Demonstrated leadership in a hospital laboratory setting
