Laboratory Director OR Laboratory Operations Director in South Carolina

Laboratory Director needed at Award Winning Hospital in South Carolina! This full service hospital is offering a competitive base salary in addition to shift differentials AND comprehensive benefits. Requirements: 

- Master's Degree 

- Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP Certification (or equivalent) 

- Must have leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting

Responsibilities: 

- Directing and overseeing all laboratory operations in a full service clinical laboratory

- Ensures all tests and procedures are performed according to Laboratory standards and policies 

- Develops and assures compliance with all regulatory agencies and provides leadership for any changes (CAP experience strongly preferred)

- Responsible for the budget as well as preparing and reviewing contracts for the laboratory.
