About the role
We are looking for a Full-Time Laboratory Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our laboratory.
This is a hands-on, entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in the high-tech industry. No previous industry experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
- Perform optical and electronic assembly tasks.
- Operate laboratory equipment according to work instructions.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily activities.
- Record work results and complete basic documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Previous laboratory or technical experience is an advantage but not required.
- Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and well organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English reading skills.
