About the role

We are looking for a Full-Time Laboratory Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our laboratory.

This is a hands-on, entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in the high-tech industry. No previous industry experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Location: Modiin Technology Park, Israel

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
  • Perform optical and electronic assembly tasks.
  • Operate laboratory equipment according to work instructions.
  • Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily activities.
  • Record work results and complete basic documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
  • Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Working Environment

  • Full-time position based at our Modiin Technology Park site.
  • Hands-on work in an advanced optical laboratory.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous laboratory or technical experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Willingness to learn new technical skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and well organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic English reading skills.
