Verify materials lot numbers labels quantities and expiration dates for product traceability. Set up operate and monitor automated robotic and packaging equipment. Package and label products according to established specifications. Complete batch records production documentation and inventory transactions accurately. Conduct visual inspections and report quality concerns spills deviations or discrepancies. Maintain clean organized and inspection-ready laboratory and production areas. Clean and sanitize equipment tools containers and work surfaces. Handle and dispose of chemical waste according to safety and environmental guidelines. Follow chemical hygiene PPE hazard communication and spill-response procedures. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and Good Laboratory Practices GLP. Support inventory control cycle counts material staging and supply replenishment. Collaborate with Production Quality Warehouse Laboratory and EHS teams.
