We are seeking Laboratory Project Services Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.

Job Summary:

Support the Project Manager and project team by coordinating routine laboratory project activities across the full study lifecycle, from study start-up through close-out. Help ensure study deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, and customer expectations.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support study setup activities by attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and assisting with protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
  • Coordinate day-to-day study activities including site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, and centralized monitoring support
  • Monitor study performance using status reports and tracking tools, and identify trends that may require escalation or follow-up
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, protocol questions, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers and study teams, including leading key communications and activities when the Project Manager is absent
  • Support study close-out activities and help ensure project outputs meet protocol, organizational, and customer requirements
  • Participate in meetings, audits, inspections, and study training activities with sites, CRAs, and customers as needed
     

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
  • 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to use status reports, monitoring tools, Investigator Portal workflows, and site activity tracking to support study oversight
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
     

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of English language
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, think critically, and solve problems effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and external partners
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,000.00 - $89,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
