Lab Supervisor – Hematology – Full Time

Chesapeake, VA

We are seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee hematology laboratory operations.

Schedule:
Rotating schedule

Responsibilities:

• Supervise hematology laboratory testing and workflow
• Ensure quality control and compliance standards
• Train and support laboratory staff
• Assist with operational efficiency and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP certification preferred
• Hematology experience required
• 3+ years laboratory experience required

Compensation:
$33.53 – $55.89/hour
