As a Laboratory Operations Supervisor, you'll support daily laboratory operations, develop team members, and help deliver life-changing treatments in a clean room environment. This role offers the opportunity to build management and leadership skills while remaining actively involved in laboratory production and operations.

As the ASED Laboratory Supervisor, you'll be a working leader responsible for both daily laboratory operations and team development.
What You'll Bring
1+ years of experience in a laboratory, hospital, specimen processing, blood banking, biologics manufacturing, tissue banking, surgical, or other regulated medical environment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting
Supervisory, lead, training, or team development experience preferred
Experience with aseptic technique and clean room practices preferred
