As a Laboratory Operations Supervisor, you'll support daily laboratory operations, develop team members, and help deliver life-changing treatments in a clean room environment. What You'll Do

As the ASED Laboratory Supervisor, you'll be a working leader responsible for both daily laboratory operations and team development.

  • Supervise daily laboratory operations and workflow to ensure efficient processing, balanced workloads, and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coach, train, and develop laboratory staff through hands-on support, mentoring, and ongoing training.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance standards while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to laboratory procedures.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to maintain operational readiness and meet production goals.
  • Drive and support process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in a laboratory, hospital, specimen processing, blood banking, biologics manufacturing, tissue banking, surgical, or other regulated medical environment.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting

  • Supervisory, lead, training, or team development experience preferred

  • Experience with aseptic technique and clean room practices preferred
