Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Arvada, CO
Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Compensation: $21-$22/hr
Type: Contract to Hire

Overview
A growing laboratory organization is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Technician to support sample preparation and laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for recent science graduates looking to gain hands-on laboratory experience and build a long-term career within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample preparation activities including aliquoting and media preparation
• Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking for all laboratory samples
• Monitor laboratory inventory and communicate supply needs as necessary
• Support senior laboratory technicians with preparation for incoming samples and daily lab operations
• Follow laboratory SOPs and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely sample processing

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field required
• Entry-level opportunity; no prior industry experience required
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Academic or industry laboratory instrumentation experience preferred, particularly related to sample preparation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
